Our document scanning process is in line with the industry standards for document imaging. We ensure sensitive information is secure and safe. Our scanners are high production document scanners which provide crisp images at high document feed rates. We scan at 300 DPI to provide maximum clarity and the ability to apply OCR or optical character resolution to every page. This allows for PDFs to be conveniently searchable with in the digital document.
Our indexing process is extremely detailed and accurate. We strive to make these files as convenient and easy to use as possible. We want our clients to be able to open up a folder and find anything they need in a matter of seconds. Many offices are moving toward working from home. Our document scanning services make doing so easier than ever. Employees can log into a database and have instant access to any document they are approved to view.
Once documents have been scanned, indexed and reviewed we load them onto an external hard drive or USB drive. The drive is then given to the proper employee. Once digital documents are securely handed over, our computers are removed of all sensitive material.
If the physical copies of the documents are approved to be destroyed we provide a document shredding service. The document shredding service cost depends on the location of the office and the amount of documents needed to be destroyed. Documents will be securely destroyed per industry standards.
